Please make adequate arrangement for 3pm Friday pickups. • The dress code/uniform for school is white shirts/blouses and navy blue pants for boys or pants/tunic for the girls. The shoe and gym uniform are shown on supply list. • Starting the week of September 6th and throughout September, on Friday’s school will end at 5pm. October will be 4pm and Nov, Dec, Jan, and Feb Friday closure will be 3pm. • If there is a snow storm, we will post the infomation on our website informing you of any closures or delayed opening. • Lunch is provided, but each child should bring morning and afternoon snacks and juices. • Tuition is due on the 5th of each month or the beginning of each week. If late, a $5 per day charge will be assessed. This will be strongly enforced. • School will be opened at 8:00am and will end at 4:00pm. Afterschool begins at 4:00pm and ends at 6:00pm sharp. If you can’t pick up at 4:00pm the after school hours are extended to you as a courtesy with no extra cost. For every minute after 6:00pm that will incur a $2 charge please bring cash it is to be paid the same day to the teacher who has to stay late with your child/rent. • Gym will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Gym uniforms must be worn on those days. • Each child must have their supplies and clothes labeled with their names.
